Revision tips

When a test, assessment or exam is coming up it is sometimes stressful because you feel like you need to constantly revise to guarantee a good mark. However, I think it is worse if you constantly revise and don't allow yourself to do anything else.
To push myself to revise and revise regularly I set myself a target, for example: 15 minutes of revision before I go on my phone; or do 3 paragraphs of writing before I meet up with friends. This way, I push myself so that afterwards I can reward myself and I can feel proud knowing I have done work and I deserve my reward.

Also, you must make sure you are relaxed about it, stressing makes everything worse! I heard on the radio that just 15 minutes of meditation can calm you down and gives you 25% better results in something important(like an exam). (But although it would be weird to meditate at school, meditate at home instead).

Tell your family you are revising and not to disturb you. After worrying anyway, the last thing you want is your family annoying you, so let them know and they should be understanding.

Thank you for reading and I hope you find these tips useful and they work for you.
