Natural Make-up Tutorial
This is Clean and Clean Dual Action Moisturiser £2.99 |
Saffron London Eyeliner £2 Rimmel Glam Eyes £7.99 |
2True Smooth Matte Pressed Powder £1.99 |
Step 1: Put on a thin layer of moisturiser all over your face, but be careful around the eye area. |
Step 2: Add eyeliner thinly and evenly to achieve a more natural look. |
Step 3: Use the Volume applicator on your eyes to get nice eyelashes like so |
Step 4: Add the concealer to your under eyes like this, then blend in with your finger to hide your dark circles or bags under your eyes. Make sure you don't rub too hard or the concealer will come off, or too lightly so the concealer is really visible. |
Step 5: Use the concealer again to cover up spots or blemishes, use the same method used under your eyes but without so much concealer. |
Step 6: Use the pressed powder to finish the look. Apply evenly across the face for an extra glow. |

Teenage Life
I speak from a personal point of view here saying that friends can be a difficult thing to deal with sometimes at this point in our lives. I think especially girls because we all gossip from time to time, rumour, fall out over silly little things and just generally cause drama that nobody needs, but we ALL do it! Girls seem to get more emotional more frequently than boys, which could be a factor in the fact that boys have almost no drama compared to girls.
As girls , we definitely have our suspicions about other people and always wonder and worry that people are talking about us behind our backs and that our 'friends' are backstabbing us. How do we know if they are fake or real friends? I think that FAKE friends will tend to try and get gossip out of you to spread rumours and if they know you know something of somebody else or if you're upset, they seem to be more pushy to get information. You can also tell by the way they listen and talk to you. A real friend will listen and give advice where as a fake friend would pretend to care but you could notice them not really listening and looking bored, which nobody likes.
1) Treat yourself once in a while! I know you probably have revision to do for exams and assessments but you can't let it take over your whole life! Sometimes revision can be hard and stressful( read one of my previous posts to help with revision) but you need to go shopping or go out with friends, or to the cinema so you can enjoy yourself.
2) Live life how it makes you happy. What might make you happy is lazy days listening to music, which I love too so as long as it makes you happy.... DO IT. But I suggest you don't stay inside all weekend, get some fresh air going out with friends or family!
3) Try not to argue or be upset. I know we get upset a lot and we can find it hard to deal with but to avoid this we need to work out what we don't like and need to stay away from( this could be people if they constantly put you down) . Smile through things, be the bigger person and make everybody love your happy personality.
4) SMILE AND LAUGH! Laughing and happiness is the best medicine! Have a laugh! Smile and make people know you are happy and a smile is so much better and more attractive than a grumpy face!!!

5 favourite fragrances
(From left)
•Daisy by Marc Jacobs £45 for 50ml from debenhams
•Lynx attract for her £2.99 from boots
•Reb'l Fleur by Rihanna £25.95 on
www.fragrancedirect.co.uk
•Ted Baker body spray £5 from boots
•Hollister crescent bay £12 or 3 for £24
I love these because they are all fresh smells and not too overpowering. Also, you don't have to spray them much, and I have had all of them for over 6 months( except the lynx).
I mix and match with them because they smell great! I recommend you buying at least one of these!

Revision tips
When a test, assessment or exam is coming up it is sometimes stressful because you feel like you need to constantly revise to guarantee a good mark. However, I think it is worse if you constantly revise and don't allow yourself to do anything else.
To push myself to revise and revise regularly I set myself a target, for example: 15 minutes of revision before I go on my phone; or do 3 paragraphs of writing before I meet up with friends. This way, I push myself so that afterwards I can reward myself and I can feel proud knowing I have done work and I deserve my reward.
Also, you must make sure you are relaxed about it, stressing makes everything worse! I heard on the radio that just 15 minutes of meditation can calm you down and gives you 25% better results in something important(like an exam). (But although it would be weird to meditate at school, meditate at home instead).
Tell your family you are revising and not to disturb you. After worrying anyway, the last thing you want is your family annoying you, so let them know and they should be understanding.
Thank you for reading and I hope you find these tips useful and they work for you.

How to to do sparkly pink tipped nails.
You will need two colour nail polishes that go well together, a nail file and a clear varnish or tinted varnish.
I would recommend....
A nail file
London Girl Nail Polish colour 01- £1.49
Avon Nailwear pro Rose Quartz- £3.99
Colour Trend Nail Polish colour delicious berry- £3.00
Step 1.
File your nails to the size and shape you want. I chose rounded nails for this but you choose what you would prefer.
Step 2.
Apply one or two coats of your chosen base colour and wait until your nails are dry.
Step 3
Add the second chosen nail polish and put on the tips and make sure you follow the way your nail curves. ( round if you have rounded nails or straight if you have square nails).
Step 4.
Add the clear coat or tinted clear coat once your nails are all completely dry.
Pretty Shoes
My mom's Betty Boop comic strip high heels are beautiful! They are so creative and that's why I love them <3
